At Muchnick Haber Margolis, we pride ourselves on staying involved in our community. Our attorneys are highly active in professional and community organizations that bring attention, aid and resources to worthy causes around the St. Louis region. Here are just some of our efforts to give back to the region we call home.
Professional Organizations
Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys
All of the attorneys at MHM are members of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA). This organization is a statewide membership association of top personal injury attorneys dedicated to protecting the rights of their clients and pursuing justice for them. MATA provides members with legal education seminars, networking opportunities and provides members with compiled research on key legal topics. Our involvement in this organization strengthens our resources available for future cases and provides us with key knowledge to improve our tactics for the benefit of our clients.
Super Lawyers
Todd, Aaron and Joshua have all been designated as super lawyers by Super Lawyers. This exceptional achievement is determined through independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. The recognition of our attorneys this past year shows professional achievement in and dedication to our practice areas over time.
Todd has been selected as a super lawyer in 2011-2012 as well as 2015-2021. Aaron was selected as a rising star from 2013-2018 and received his first super lawyer recognition in 2021. Joshua was selected as a rising star from 2009-2010 and 2013-2018, and has been selected as super lawyer from 2019-2021.
Million Dollar Advocate Forum
Aaron Haber and Todd Muchnick are proud members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Aaron is additionally a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. This organization is a prestigious group of trial lawyers in the United States, limited only to attorneys who have won million and multi-million settlements and verdicts for their clients. Fewer than 1% of all lawyers in the country are members of this exclusive organization, setting Aaron and Todd apart from millions of lawyers in the U.S..
Community Service
Todd Muchnick
Todd is passionate about giving his time and money to those in need, even outside the workplace. Todd actively supports charities such as the American Cancer Society, The Red Cross and Disabiled American Veterans (DAV).
Todd has also previously served as chairman for the JCC Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Todd is currently a mentor with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri.
