On October 31st, a 70-year-old man was struck while crossing St. Louis Avenue in North St. Louis, sustaining injuries on his leg. Crown Candy Kitchen’s security cameras captured footage of the driver striking the man and then driving away. Police are still searching for the driver involved in the crash.
