St. Louis County man charged with DWI after striking 72-year-old woman

On November 18th in Castle Point, 33-year-old Otis Goff crashed into 72-year-old Marcella Wilson as she was loading items into her car, pinning her between her car and Goff’s. The driver left the scene but not before his child had exited the vehicle, resulting in charges of DWI resulting in serious physical injury, leaving the scene of a crash, endangering the welfare of a child and driving on a revoked license. Wilson was taken to the hospital and underwent multiple surgeries on her legs and has had her left leg amputated.
