On March 14, 2016, in the second week of trial, a St. Louis jury returned a verdict of $5.2 million for those injured or killed in a tent collapse near Busch Stadium in 2012. Todd Muchnick and Aaron Haber were part of the trial team that worked for almost four years to help those who suffered from this preventable tragedy.
The case involved the death of a man and serious injuries to seven other plaintiffs. The defense attorney asked the jury to award the plaintiffs nothing and argued that the defendant and its representatives could have done nothing. Through effective presentation at trial and through the use of experts, our attorneys were able to help our clients win a substantial verdict.
