Head InjuryTodd Muchnick and Aaron Haber obtained a $650,000 verdict in federal court for a plaintiff who suffered orthopedic and psychological injuries from a car accident. The plaintiff suffered a fractured neck which resulted in a radiculopathy requiring an anterior cervical fusion. The plaintiff also suffered a rotator cuff injury which required surgical intervention.
